Interlocutory Injunction

Due to the fact that the enforcement of industrial property rights in the course of the main proceedings of the infringement suit may require a longer period of time, in very urgent situations, e. g. in the event of an infringement of industrial property rights on the occasion of an exhibition at a fair, it is possible to obtain a Cease and Desist Order immediately taking effect against the infringer. Thus, under exceptional circumstances of any such kind, acts of infringement may be barred at short notice by means of such a court order.
