Dr. Oliver Schneider

Dr. Oliver Schneider studied chemistry and biology at the University of Regensburg and was active as scientific assistant in the field of organic chemistry at the University of Regensburg. Besides, Dr. Schneider worked for the clinical department of AstraZeneca based in Hamburg.

He has special experience in patent matters relating to the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacy, mechanics and mechanical engineering. His major fields of activity include the enforcement of patent and utility model rights, including opposition, cancellation and nullity proceedings as well as licensing. In addition, Dr Schneider has extensive experience in the fields of trademark and design law.

He is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi), of the Board of German Patent Attorneys and the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI).
