Eugen Tuchscherer

Eugen Tuchscherer studied law at the Moscow State Law Academy and at the Universities of Würzburg and Mainz. Before joining advotec. he worked at several law firms based in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt on the Main with a special focus on contract management and German and international civil law. Mr. Tuchscherer carries the title "Certified IP Lawyer" and is the co-author of various contributions to patent and contractual licensing law.

His fields of activity include German and international trademark law, copyright, patent and competition law.

He is a member of the Chamber of Lawyers of Frankfurt on the Main (RAK Frankfurt on the Main), the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the Association for German-Russian Business Lawyers (VDRW).
